文化既承载一个民族、一个国家的理念和价值观,又反映了一个民族、一个国家对外的影响力和竞争力。当今世界上许多国家都在不遗余力的向国外推销本国的文化,加强与世界各国进行文化交流,把提升本国文化的国际影响力作为国家文化软实力建设的重要战略。中俄两国有着悠久的文化交流传统,作为两国首都的北京和莫斯科充分利用丰富的文化资源,发挥文化优势,为打造国际一流的文化名城进行了深入的多渠道、多维度的文化交流。
Culture carries not only one nation, one country’s concepts and values, but also the external influence and competitiveness of one nation and one country. Many countries in the world today are sparing no effort to market their own culture abroad and to strengthen cultural exchanges with other countries in the world. We must regard the enhancement of the international influence of our own culture as an important strategy for building national cultural soft power. China and Russia have a long tradition of cultural exchange. As the capitals of both countries, Beijing and Moscow make full use of rich cultural resources, exert their cultural advantages and conduct in-depth multi-channel and multi-dimensional cultural exchanges for building a world-class cultural city.
