目的:调查济南地区土壤环境中铜、锌、镁、锰、硒的含量,以提供相应数据。方法:采集济南粮食种植区、蔬菜种植区和居民生活区土壤样品,进行消化处理,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法检测铜、锌、镁,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法检测锰,氢化物发生—原子吸收分光光度法检测硒。结果:济南不同来源土样中各元素含量无差别,铜平均含量为24.18 mg/kg,锌21.81 mg/kg,镁38.04 g/kg,锰449.70 mg/kg,硒0.87 mg/kg。结论:济南土壤中含量最高的是镁,最低的是硒,铜、锰的含量比较适宜,锌的含量则比较低。
Objective: To investigate the contents of copper, zinc, magnesium, manganese and selenium in soil environment in Jinan to provide the corresponding data. Methods: Soil samples from grain growing areas, vegetable growing areas and residential areas in Jinan were collected and digested. Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to detect copper, zinc and magnesium, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to detect manganese and hydride - Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometric Determination of Selenium. Results: There was no difference in the contents of elements in different soil samples from Jinan. The average copper contents were 24.18 mg / kg, 21.81 mg / kg for zinc, 38.04 g / kg for magnesium, 449.70 mg / kg for manganese and 0.87 mg / kg for selenium. Conclusion: The content of magnesium in soil is the highest in Jinan, the lowest is the suitable content of selenium, copper and manganese, and the content of zinc is relatively low.
