故障现象一辆2010年产捷达车,搭载BJT发动机,累计行驶里程约为9.6万km。车主反映,该车发动机冷却液温度过高。故障诊断接车后试车,起动发动机,接通A/C开关,散热风扇低速运转,且空调制冷正常,但没过一会儿组合仪表显示发动机冷却液温度已达到了110℃;观察散热风扇,无高速,由此推断该车发动机冷却液温度过高是由散热风扇无高速挡引起的。查看维修资料,并结合该车散热风扇控制电路(图1)
