Through a reasonable analysis of the administrative status quo and manpower allocation function management in our hospital and aiming at relevant issues, a series of solutions and reform approaches are put forward. In response to specific programs to stimulate the potential of the effectiveness of Personnel Branch, and even enhance the administrative department of the hospital administrative efficiency.
