【目的】观察不同提取工艺及方法制备的板蓝根样品的抗流感病毒作用,以筛选板蓝根中抗流感病毒的有效成分及活性物质。【方法】于狗肾细胞(MDCK)上接种人甲1型流感病毒PR8株(A/PR/8/34,H1N1),采用细胞病变抑制法(CPE法),在不同试验策略下(保护、治疗模式)评价不同提取工艺及方法制备的板蓝根样品的体外抗流感病毒作用。【结果】在无毒浓度下,从不同工艺制备的板蓝根样品中筛选到1份有抗流感病毒活性的成分,该成分为醇溶液通过大孔树脂用纯水洗脱的洗脱液(S-03),其体外抗病毒选择指数为4.8。【结论】发现板蓝根样品中抗流感病毒作用较为明确的成分。
【Objective】 To observe the anti-influenza virus effect of Radix isatidis prepared by different extraction processes and methods to screen the effective components and active substances of anti-influenza virus in Radix Isatidis. 【Method】 PR8 (A / PR / 8/34, H1N1) of human influenza A virus type 1 was inoculated on canine kidney cells (MDCK). The cytopathic effect (CPE) Treatment mode) to evaluate the in vitro anti-influenza virus effect of Radix isatidis samples prepared by different extraction processes and methods. 【Result】 Under the non-toxic concentration, 1 anti-influenza virus active ingredient was screened from the samples of Radix isatidis prepared by different techniques. The composition was obtained by eluting the alcoholic solution through the macroporous resin with pure water (S- 03), its in vitro anti-virus selection index was 4.8. 【Conclusion】 It is found that the anti-influenza virus in Radix isatidis has a more definite composition.
