作为一名教师,要干好工作,除了具备敬业、献身精神,还要不断提高教师业务水平,力争做“研究型”教师。“研究型”教师的基本特征就是走教研、科研一体化之路。“研究型”教师要树立教学与研究同步进行,相互联系、相辅相成的整体观念,有意识培养自己的研究习惯。凡是教学水平达到较高的教师,一般地说,都是具有研究的能力并善于钻研的人。研究不仪会提高自身的教学水平而且会出成果,造福于他人。在复杂的教学过程中,有我们认识不足和研究不完的规律,它们会由一些教学现象表露出来,而现象有时反映的就是教师
