2012年12月初,第二届“中国责任地产TOP100”指数排名发布。针对企业发展现状及趋势、房地产市场状况,课题组在总结2011年首届“中国责任地产TOP100”成果经验的基础上,进一步对《中国房地产企业社会责任评价指标体系》进行了修订和完善,设置了目标管理、企业运营、员工保障、社会贡献、客户服务、合作伙伴、慈善公益、社会评价、一票否决共9大类共计60项评价指标。课题组从全国各地具有代表性的房企中抽取了共计525
