将离子敏感场效应晶体管(ISFET)与药物敏感膜相结合,研制成一种对麻黄碱有良好响应的药物敏感场效应晶体管传感器(DrugFET).该器件具有全固态化、体积小、易微型化、集成化和多功能化等优点.采用磷钨酸作电活性物质,制成PVC膜ISFET,对麻黄碱的线性响应范围为3.0×10-6~1.0×10-1mol/L,检出限为1.0×10-6mol/L,传感器适宜的pH范围为3.0~8.0.用该传感器分析麻黄碱片剂的含量,结果和药典方法吻合.
The drug-sensitive field-effect transistor sensor (DrugFET), which has good response to ephedrine, was developed by combining the ISFET and the drug-sensitive membrane. The device has all-solid-state, small size, easy miniaturization, integration and multi-functional advantages. Phosphotungstic acid was used as electroactive material to make PVC membrane ISFET. The linear response range of ephedrine was 3.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-1mol / L with the detection limit of 1.0 × 10 -6mol / L, the sensor suitable pH range of 3.0 to 8.0. Using this sensor to analyze the content of ephedrine tablet, the result is consistent with the pharmacopoeia method.
