益阳县羊角乡高李村,近年来狠抓各项渔业政策的落实,积极引导发展家庭养鱼,致富了农民,已取得了大面积丰收。全村共有10个村民小组,325户,1350人,总占地面积2220亩,其中水田1672亩。早土经济作物面积171亩,饲料地面积20亩。养殖水面347亩,其中村渔场面积90亩,群众家庭小池260口,257亩,占总养殖水面的74％。从事家庭养鱼的农户260户,占全村总农户数的80％。1988年全村家庭养鱼产量达96.75吨,占全村渔业产量的70.5％,亩产400公斤,比上年增加21.5吨,增长28.6％,全村人平产鱼71.7公斤,比上年增加15.96公斤,增长28.6％,渔业纯收入12.5万元,占全村农业总收入的10％。高李村发展家庭养鱼取得这样显著成绩,其主要经验是: 一、采取有效措施,调动群众养鱼积极性。
