卡盘修理是一项较困难的工序,它的修换率高,批量小,种类多,且质量要求较严。卡盘爪的更换数量也各不相同。按一般的习惯修理方法是:卡爪的配制首先经车、刨加工,再用人工锉研,以便达到与卡盘体卡爪槽的精密配合,然后车制卡爪的内外卡口(即沟纹),最后热处理。这种方法缺点很多,不但锉研的工作量很大,而且在热处理后往往因变形而不易保证质量。我厂经过几年来的摸索试验,找到了一种比较可靠的修理方法。一年多来,
