合山电厂4号、5号炉系DG300/100-5型固态排渣炉,倒U型布置,燃用当地劣质烟煤,采用左旋四角直流燃烧器。该炉燃烧器于1979年改为无烟煤型集中送粉,过热器布置如图1所示。两炉投运后发生屏式过热器爆管11次,经采取割除部分受热面,提高工质重量流速等措施后,消除了超温现象,运行7000小时尚未发生爆管。一、过热器爆管情况两炉投运后,4号炉运行5000小时发生了爆管,5号炉运行1万小时也相继爆管,两炉共
