汶川大地震,给灾区人民的生命财产带来了巨大损失,灾后重建任务繁重而艰巨,如何贯彻以人为本的精神,把灾后重建与灾区群众最现实、最迫切的需要相结合,对灾后城镇和乡村进行科学规划,使他们尽快恢复正常的生产生活秩序,将灾区建成人与自然和谐共生新的人居环境,对此本刊记者采访了中国行政管理学会副秘书长、九三学社中央委员、高级建筑师张学栋。
The Wenchuan earthquake caused tremendous damage to lives and property of the people in the disaster-stricken areas. The task of post-disaster reconstruction is arduous and arduous. How to carry out the people-oriented spirit and combine the post-disaster reconstruction with the most realistic and urgent needs of the people in disaster-stricken areas? Conduct scientific planning to enable them to resume their normal order of production and life as soon as possible and establish the disaster-stricken areas as a new living environment in which people and nature coexist in harmony. This reporter interviewed the deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Academy of Administration, the Central Committee of Jiu San Society and the senior architects Zhang Xue Dong.
