本文在文献评估的基础上,探讨了维生素C、维生素E、β-胡萝卜素、硒、Q(Q10)与类黄酮等抗氧化剂对心血管疾病、糖尿病、眼部疾病、神经性疾病、感染性疾病、风湿性关节炎,以及癌症等多种疾病的防治作用。结果表明:人体摄入富含抗氧化剂(主要来自蔬菜与水果)的食品有助于预防一些严重性的疾病。但是,还没有证据表明以其它形式存在的抗氧化剂对人体的补充具有预防作用。根据饮食习惯与食物中抗氧化剂的含量来测量抗氧化剂的方法是不科学的,还须改进。
Based on the literature review, the effects of antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, β-carotene, selenium, Q (Q10) and flavonoids on cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, ocular diseases, neurological diseases, Diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, and cancer and other diseases. The results show that: the body’s intake of foods rich in antioxidants (mainly vegetables and fruits) help prevent some serious diseases. However, there is no evidence that antioxidants in other forms have a preventive effect on human supplementation. The method of measuring antioxidants based on dietary habits and antioxidant levels in foods is unscientific and needs improvement.
