医用诊断X射线机的防护,关系到放射工作人作,被检查者及公众的健康与安全。为进一步贯彻国家有关放射防护的法规与标准,优化防护环境,搞好全县的放射卫生防护工作,我们于1999年对全县乡镇医疗机构的医用X射线机及其工作场所的防护情况进行了调查与监测,结果如下1 内容与方法1.1 调查监测项目 工作人员上岗培训情况:X射线机防护许可登记情况;管头组装体漏射量,立位透视防护区测试平面空气照射量率;机房使用面积与外环境空气照射量。1.2 监测方法与评价标准 按《医用X线卫生防护标准》(GB8279—87),《医用X射线诊断放射卫生防护及影像质量保证
