目的:观察河鲀Ⅰ型胶原蛋白提取物(Puff-erfishtypeⅠcollagen extract,PTICE)对环磷酰胺(CTX)、顺铂(DDP)或阿糖胞苷(Ara-c)诱发的小鼠骨髓抑制的影响。方法:分别用CTX、DDP、Ara-c腹腔注射(i.p.)诱发小鼠骨髓抑制、免疫抑制等毒副反应,PTICE灌胃(i.g.)预防治疗,观察小鼠的一般状况,测定外周血细胞分类、脾脏指数和骨髓DNA含量。结果:PTICE可改善应用上述化疗药物小鼠的一般状况,保护小鼠毛发,升高外周血中的白细胞、血小板、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞数,增加脾脏指数和骨髓DNA含量;PTICE显著降低DDP导致的小鼠死亡率。结论:PTICE可降低化疗药物引起的小鼠骨髓抑制等毒副作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Puff-erfish type Icollagen extract (PTICE) on bone marrow suppression induced by cyclophosphamide (CTX), cisplatin (DDP) or cytarabine (Ara-c) in mice. . METHODS: CTX, DDP and Ara-c were injected intraperitoneally (ip) to induce toxic side effects such as myelosuppression and immunosuppression in mice, and PTICE was given to the patients (ig) for prevention and treatment. The general condition of the mice was observed, and the peripheral blood cell classification was determined. Spleen index and bone marrow DNA content. RESULTS: PTICE could improve the general condition of mice treated with the above-mentioned chemotherapeutic agents, protect mice’s hair, increase the number of white blood cells, platelets, neutrophils, and lymphocytes in peripheral blood, increase spleen index and bone marrow DNA content; PTICE decreased significantly. DDP-induced mouse mortality. Conclusion: PTICE can reduce the toxic side effects such as bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy drugs.
