恶性肿瘤实验肿瘤学中首先指出干扰索具有抗肿瘤作用的是Atanasiu和Chany。干扰素发现不久,他们就注意到干扰素不仅能抑制一般病毒的增殖,而且也能抑制肿瘤病毒的增殖。后来,Came和Moore又报告干扰素能显著推迟或减少自发肿瘤的发生。对于可移植性肿瘤,干扰素亦有显著的延长生命的效果。而对于转移性肿瘤,如C_(57)BL小鼠的Lewis肺癌,干扰素则能明显减少肺转移的发生。干扰素治疗恶性肿瘤的临床观察,开始的时间虽不长,但有些结果是令人鼓舞的,而有些问题也已理出端倪。
In malignant tumor experimental oncology, it was first pointed out that the interfering cords had anti-tumor effects of Atanasiu and Chany. Shortly after the discovery of interferons, they noticed that interferon can not only inhibit the proliferation of normal viruses, but also inhibit the proliferation of tumor viruses. Later, Came and Moore also reported that interferon can significantly delay or reduce the occurrence of spontaneous tumors. For transplantable tumors, interferon also has a significant life-prolonging effect. For metastatic tumors, such as C57BL mice with Lewis lung cancer, interferon can significantly reduce the occurrence of lung metastasis. The clinical observation of interferon for the treatment of malignant tumors has not started long, but some results are encouraging, and some problems have emerged.
