目的探讨基于计算机断层增强扫描(CTA)数据集的女性在体闭孔神经三维重建的方法。方法选取2014年1月1日至6月1日16例因宫颈癌于南方医科大学南方医院行CT扫描患者的二维断层图像数据集,利用计算机断层扫描三维重建技术构建闭孔神经及周围相关组织三维模型。结果重建的女性闭孔神经模型符合闭孔神经形态。其不仅可以进行任意角度的旋转,还可以观察其与周围毗邻组织的关系。重建的闭孔神经三维模型与术中解剖完全吻合。结论利用CTA数据集进行计算机三维重建可理想地显示闭孔神经,及其与髂内外血管及闭孔动静脉等毗邻组织的关系,是研究女性闭孔神经与毗邻组织关系的好方法,有较大的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the method of three-dimensional reconstruction of the obturator foramen in female based on computer tomography (CTA) datasets. Methods Twenty-six patients with cervical cancer who underwent CT scan at Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 1, 2014 to June 1, 2014 were enrolled in this study. Computed tomography (3D-CT) Organize 3D models. Results The reconstructed female obturator nerve model fits obturator nerve morphology. It can not only rotate at any angle, but also observe its relationship with the adjacent tissue. Reconstructed three-dimensional obturator nerve model and anatomy completely consistent. Conclusions Computerized three-dimensional reconstruction using CTA dataset is an ideal way to display the obturator nerve and its relationship with the adjacent iliac and external veins and other adjacent tissues. It is a good way to study the relationship between the obturator nerve and the adjacent tissue in women. Great application value.
