一、基于动作要素构成对运动技术教学结构的分析根据运动技术形成的规律,学习运动技术可划分为三个阶段:导入阶段、发展阶段、总结阶段。阶段不同,目标和内容也不同。在导入阶段,学生能够初步认识这个动作技术,在教授技术时铺垫动作要素,能够为下一步的技术教授“预热”。在发展阶段,学生通过身体实践磨合“铺垫”动作要素,且能够把技术动作做对、做出。在前期两个阶段的基础上,依据动作要素创设游戏或者比赛,内化运用技术,检验学生学习
