研究了大气铸造或真空扩散焊制造的铅系合金阳极 Pb- 5% Sn,Pb- 0 .5% Ag,和 Pb- 1 % In- 0 .5% Ag的性能及其电解特性。研究发现 ,在 750℃高温下真空扩散焊制备的 Pb- 5% Sn阳极的析氧过电位 (1 .75V vs.SCE)比其它阳极低 ,经阳极氧化后能得到致密的仅含单一相 α- Pb O2 的氧化膜 ,而其它阳极的氧化膜除 α- Pb O2 外还含 β- Pb O2 或Pb SO4 。真空扩散焊 Pb- 5% Sn阳极的腐蚀速率比大气铸造的 Pb- 5% Sn阳极低 ,而铸造的 Pb- 0 .5% Ag和 Pb- 1 % In-0 .5% Ag阳极的腐蚀速率比铸造和真空扩散焊的 Pb- 5% Sn阳极都低。高温真空扩散焊制备的 Pb- 5% Sn阳极具有低析氧过电位、低溶解速率和低铅污染的特点 ,相对其它阳极更适合用于高速电镀锌中。
The properties and electrolysis characteristics of Pb-based alloy anodes Pb-5% Sn, Pb-0 .5% Ag and Pb-1% In-0 .5% Ag fabricated by atmospheric casting or vacuum diffusion welding were investigated. It was found that the oxygen evolution overpotential (1.75V vs.SCE) of Pb-5% Sn anodes prepared by vacuum diffusion welding at 750 ℃ is lower than that of other anodes. After anodization, the single phase α - Pb O2 oxide film, while the other anodic oxide film containing α-Pb O2 in addition to β-Pb O2 or Pb SO4. The corrosion rate of vacuum diffusion soldered Pb-5% Sn anodes was lower than that of air-cast Pb-5% Sn anodes while the corrosion rates of cast Pb-0 .5% Ag and Pb- 1% In-0 .5% Ag anodes Lower than that of Pb-5% Sn anodes for both cast and vacuum diffusion welding. Pb-5% Sn anodes prepared by high-temperature vacuum diffusion welding have the characteristics of low oxygen evolution overpotential, low dissolution rate and low lead pollution, and are more suitable for high-speed electroplating zinc than other anodes.
