应用正交试验法研究影响杯形件最大拉深力的主要工艺因素 .得出影响最大拉深力工艺参数的主要顺序为润滑油、凹模圆角半径、压边力、凸模圆角半径 .应用 Hill的板料各向异性理论导出了新的计算杯形件最大拉深力的理论公式 ,给出了最大拉深力随各相关因素变化的理论分析 .理论值与试验值吻合较好
The main technological factors that affect the maximum drawing force of the cup are studied by orthogonal test.The main order of the process parameters affecting the maximum drawing force is obtained.The results show that the main order of the process parameters is the lubricant radius, die radius, blank holder force, Applying Hill ’s plate theory of sheet anisotropy, a new theoretical formula for calculating the maximum drawing force of cup is deduced, and the theoretical analysis of the maximum drawing force with the change of relevant factors is given. The theoretical value is in good agreement with the experimental value
