香菇出菇期较长,一般从秋季开始出菇,直至第二年春末,约10个月。一般8~9月接种,11~12月出菇,12月份以前生长的香菇叫秋菇。现将秋季香菇菌袋栽培管理技术介绍如下。1.室内发菌从接种到生理上成熟需60多天。所以接种后,应及时移入发菌室进行培养。菌袋呈“井”字形排放,高8~9层为好,一般室温控制在25℃左右,相对湿度要求70%以下。接种后1~6天,菌丝处于恢复和萌发阶段,室温可控制在28~30℃。此期菌袋不能翻动,不通风,门窗遮阳造成暗光。7~10天菌丝生长开始吃料,室温降到26~28℃,
