我国经济的发展快速推进了城镇化进程,而绿化施工在现今的城市建设中,已经成为越来越重要的组成部分。园林绿化企业也要更重视绿化的成本管理,其涉及了企业财务管理、人力资源管理等很多方面,具有综合性的特点,企业只有兼顾了这些方面,才能更好地促进自身的可持续发展。园林绿化市场的竞争也越来越激烈,企业只有把项目的成本管理作为项目管理的核心内容,才能提高七夜的利润空间。本文通过分析绿化企业在项目成本管理中出现的问题,探讨有效促进管理的措施,帮助企业改进经营方式,提高其经济效益,促进企业的可持续发展。
The development of economy in our country has promoted the process of urbanization rapidly, and greening construction has become an increasingly important part in the present urban construction. Landscaping enterprises should pay more attention to green cost management, which involves many aspects such as enterprise financial management, human resource management and so on. It has comprehensive characteristics. Enterprises can better promote their sustainable development only by taking these aspects into consideration. Landscaping market competition is more and more fierce, companies only the cost management of the project as the core content of project management, in order to improve the profit margin of seven nights. By analyzing the problems that greening enterprises appear in the project cost management, this paper discusses the measures to effectively promote the management, helps the enterprises to improve their management methods, enhances their economic benefits and promotes their sustainable development.
