研究了动物肝脏中3种β-受体激动剂(包括盐酸克伦特罗、沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺)残留量的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。样品经乙酸铵、乙酸乙酯∶异丙醇(6∶4)提取,PCX阳离子交换柱净化,再经BSTFA衍生,HP-5MS毛细管柱分离,基质匹配内标法定量。结果表明:3种β-受体激动剂在1.0~20.0μg/L浓度范围内均有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.998,在17.5 min内获得良好的分离,3种β-受体激动剂加标回收率为85.4%~106.7%,相对标准偏差在4.9%~10.5%之间(n=6)。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of the residues of three β-agonists (including clenbuterol, salbutamol, ractopamine) in the liver of animals. The sample was extracted with ammonium acetate, ethyl acetate: isopropanol (6: 4), purified by PCX cation exchange column, then separated by BSTFA and separated by HP-5MS capillary column.
