在自然昆虫传粉条件下 ,研究了 6对转 Bt基因棉、6对常规棉核质不育系及相应同核异质保持系的主要性状 ,结果表明 :1 2对核质不育系与其同核异质保持系的株高、果枝数差异不显著 ;不育系的单株成铃、衣分、霜前子、皮棉产量极显著低于保持系 ,子指显著高于保持系。单铃重和霜前种子产量的表现有所不同 :转 Bt基因棉不育系的单铃重显著低于保持系 ,霜前种子产量没有明显差异 ;常规棉不育系的单铃重显著高于其保持系 ,霜前种子产量极显著低于保持系
Under the conditions of natural insect pollination, the main traits of 6 pairs of transgenic Bt cotton and 6 pairs of conventional cotton cytoplasmic male sterile lines and corresponding isonuclear heterotrophic maintainer lines were studied. The results showed that: There was no significant difference in plant height and fruit branch number of the nuclear heterogeneous maintainer lines. The yield of boll, lint, frost and lint of the sterile lines was significantly lower than that of the maintainer lines and significantly higher in the sub-fingers.
