本研究选用当今世界磁性最强的第三代稀土永磁——钕铁硼(Nd2 Fe14 B)为口腔错(牙合)畸形正畸治疗的新型力源材料。按临床设计,将磁体精加工成多种规格、带有凹弧面和槽沟的超小型磁块。表面分别选用多种金属为镀层材料,制成了系列化的正畸磁块产品,初步解决了磁体的抗蚀性并增加了固位力。依据磁体异性极相吸、同性极相斥的特性,临床用于治疗前牙间隙的关闭、牙列拥挤、引尖牙远中移动、前牙反(牙合)等多种错(牙合)畸形均获成功。并将其优劣之处做了相应的比较,证实了钕铁硼永磁这种高性能的磁性材料用于错(牙合)畸形的正畸治疗是可行的。
In this study, the third-generation rare earth permanent magnet Nd-Fe-B (NdFeB), the strongest magnetism in the world, was selected as a new source material for orthodontic treatment of oral malocclusion. According to the clinical design, the magnet will be finished into a variety of specifications, with concave arc and groove ultra-small magnet. The surface were selected a variety of metals for the coating material, made a series of orthodontic products, the initial solution to the magnet corrosion resistance and increase retention. According to the magnet heterosexual polar absorption, the same polarity repellent characteristics, the clinical treatment of the anterior gap closing, crowding, canine distal movement, anterior crossbite (occlusion) and other malocclusions All succeeded. And the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding make a comparison, confirmed the NdFeB permanent magnet high performance magnetic material for malocclusion orthodontic treatment is feasible.
