在居家养老服务在海南不断扩展的背景下,通过实地调研海南较早开展居家养老服务的琼中县××社区居家养老服务中心的具体工作,了解到目前机构中对于居家养老服务人员的激励存在诸多问题,借助ERG理论和赫兹伯格双因素理论对居家养老服务人员需求的职业满足状况和激励因素状况进行分析,得出当前最重要的激励措施应集中于改善其工作相关关系,并以此为基础进一步对其激励改进步骤提出建议,为今后居家养老服务的开展提供借鉴。
