随着我省普通高中与中职学校招生比例趋于相当,中职学校“一条腿长”(招生火爆)、“一条腿短”(师资不足)的矛盾也随之凸显,很多中职学校一方面教师超编,一方面为没有专业教师犯愁;好不容易争取到几个教师编制,在人才市场上却很难找到符合条件的人选。学校在经历招生喜悦的同时必须面对“招师”的坎坷。“难”的背后是他们对疏通和规范中职学校师资补充渠道的期待。
