1979年《理化检验》物理分册第二期62页介绍了内蒙古铸锻厂冯如骅用“珠江102型”放大机翻摄的经验,我们已按介绍方法作了试验,效果较好。但对幅面大、文字小以及一些金属、非金属材料和产品等缺陷进行翻摄,就不能保证照片足够清晰。为了解决这个问题,我们的做法是:从放大机上取下反光镜和聚光镜,用一块自制的毛玻璃(60×95mm),放在暗盒下片,然后插入放大机片夹位置,即可对被摄物直接调焦,直到在毛玻璃上清晰为止。再取下毛玻璃,在全黑条件下换上软片,就可进行翻摄,效果很好。玻璃质量越好,其上成像就越清晰,调焦就越准确。如果毛玻璃上的成像很小,可揭起铭牌,用5~10倍的放大镜观察成像是否清晰。
