According to the 2010 survey of China Service Satisfaction Index (CSI) conducted by J.D.Power Asia-Pacific, the Chery Auto Service Satisfaction Index reached 815 points for the first time in 2010, which led to a major breakthrough. This shows that Chery’s service satisfaction level has been raised in an all-round way.
