为了进一步贯彻落实国务院国发[1990]66号文件精神,强化林业管理,1991年6—7月由林业部统一组织的对东北、内蒙古国有林区森工企业1990年森林采伐、木材运输和木材销售三总量执行情况大检查工作已圆满结束,最近在北京进行了总结汇报。参加检查的同志一致认为,通过检查达到了监督、总结、探索的目的和要求,对“三总量”管理工作起到宣传、推动、促进作用。
