研究了T8钢的硼铬稀土共渗层组织和性能,并与单一渗硼层进行了比较,在此基础上把固体硼铬稀土共渗工艺应用于拉伸模具。结果表明,经固体硼铬稀土共渗工艺处理的拉伸模具,其使用寿命比常规热处理和单一渗硼模具分别提高了25倍和12倍。
The microstructure and properties of boron-chromium rare earth alloying layer in T8 steel were studied and compared with that of single boronizing layer. Based on this, the solid boron-chromium rare earth co-permeation process was applied to the drawing die. The results show that the service life of tensile molds treated with solid boron, rhodium and rhodium is 25 times and 12 times higher than that of conventional heat treatment and single boronizing mold respectively.
