目的分析研讨超声造影及彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌疾病的价值。方法采用随机抽签方式,从我院2014年5月-2016年2月期间收治的甲状腺癌疾病患者中,抽取80例患者纳入到此讨论中,80例患者均接受超声造影和彩色多普勒超声检查,检查后,对比分析两种检查方式的检查结果并进行研讨。结果 80例甲状腺癌疾病者,47例为单发、30例多发、3例弥漫性,最大肿块为7.0×6.0×5.0cm,最小肿块为0.3×0.2×0.1cm,包含微小癌9例、0.6-1.0cm共8例、<0.5cm共2例。甲状腺癌患者接受彩色多普勒超声进行检查,其Vmax和RI指数分别为(40.79±22.79)、(0.66±0.13)。结论甲状腺癌疾病存在相应彩色血流和二维图像特征,临床在诊断甲状腺癌疾病时可建议使用彩色多普勒超声方式,临床可将超声造影和彩色多普勒两种方式联合使用,进而提升诊断符合率和准确性。
Objective To analyze the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods A random sample of 80 patients with thyroid cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to February 2016 was enrolled in this study. 80 patients underwent CEUS and color Doppler ultrasonography Check, check, comparative analysis of the results of the two inspection methods and to discuss. Results 80 cases of thyroid cancer, 47 cases of single, 30 cases of multiple, 3 cases of diffuse, the largest mass was 7.0 × 6.0 × 5.0cm, the smallest mass was 0.3 × 0.2 × 0.1cm, including 9 cases of micro-cancer, 0.6 -1.0cm a total of 8 cases, <0.5cm in 2 cases. Thyroid cancer patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination, the Vmax and RI index were (40.79 ± 22.79), (0.66 ± 0.13). Conclusions There is a corresponding color flow and two-dimensional image characteristics in thyroid cancer. Clinical diagnosis of thyroid cancer may be recommended using color Doppler ultrasound. The combination of ultrasound and color Doppler can be used clinically to improve the performance of thyroid cancer. Diagnostic coincidence rate and accuracy.
