随着新课程改革的推广和实施,中学体育教学已经把发展学生身体素质和提高学生对体育运动的兴趣作为了新的教学重点。但体育教学中常会发现有相当数量的体质差生(体质差生在本文中指体质体格和适应能力等方面发展水平低下的学生,不包括伤、病、残的学生)。在体育教学实践中,这部分学生由于身心上的原因,对体育课的兴趣偏低。科学家爱因斯坦曾经说过:“兴趣是最好的老师”。所以说,提高这部分学生对体育课的兴趣,是增强他们体质的关键,也是搞好体育教学的一个重要组成部分。
With the popularization and implementation of the new curriculum reform, the teaching of high school physical education has put the development of students' physical fitness and the interest of students in sports as a new focus of teaching. However, in PE teaching, a considerable number of students with poor health (students with poor health in this article refer to students with low developmental level such as physique, physical fitness and adaptability, excluding injuries, sickness and disabilities) are found in physical education. In PE teaching practice, due to physical and psychological reasons, some students have low interest in physical education. Einstein once said: “Interest is the best teacher.” Therefore, to enhance this part of students' interest in physical education is the key to enhancing their physique and also an important part of improving physical education.
