在我们的教学工作中,后进生的转化无疑是一块“最难啃的硬骨头”。后进生的成因是多方面的,有家庭的、社会的,有智力方面的,也有非智力方面的等等。归结起来就是有先天和后天两类之分,但大部分是后天形成的。本文就后天形成的后进生转化谈谈自己的看法。一、争取让学生热爱你的学科“争取让学生热爱你的学科”这是后进生转化中的首要问题。有人说,学生爱你这个教师,也会爱上你所教的学科。
