前 言 自1989年1月起,主要依据Cressman方法的一个客观分析系统,在国家海洋环境预报中心投入了业务运行。分析区域包括了整个北半球,极射投影。分析网格包括51×51个格点,格距381公里。提取观测资料时网格要向外扩充四圈半。分析时使用的观测资料有:地面观测、船舶站报告、海洋天气船报告、飞机报告、卫星测风、探空记录和气球测风。(尽管有些资料,如飞机报和卫星测风至今尚未收到)分析层次包括地面层和六个标准等压面层:850hPa、700hPa、500hPa、300hPa、200hPa和100hPa。 该系统能提供的分析产品表示在表1中:
Preface Since January 1989, an objective analysis system based mainly on the Cressman method has been put into operation at the National Marine Environmental Forecasting Center. The analysis area includes the entire northern hemisphere, polar projection. The analysis grid includes 51 × 51 grids with a grid spacing of 381 km. When extracting observation data, the grid should be outward expanded four and a half times. Observations used in the analysis included: surface observations, ship station reports, ocean weather vessel reports, aircraft reports, satellite anemometry, sounding records and balloon wind measurements. (Although some sources such as aircraft reports and satellite anecdotes have not been received so far), the analysis levels include the ground level and six standard isobaric levels: 850 hPa, 700 hPa, 500 hPa, 300 hPa, 200 hPa and 100 hPa.
