机电部开展的“工艺突破口”工作已进入第5个年头,面上业已铺开,并收到了令人瞩目的成效。现在,许多读者关心如何进一步结合企业实际落实“坚持不懈,分类指导,深化发展”的方针,在巩固突破阶段成果的基础上,深化发展产工艺突破口”工作。本文作者在机电部科技司多年从事工艺工作,近年来曾多次在有关会议和培训班上讲述“工艺突破口”工作的深化发展问题,引起与会人员的兴趣和热烈讨论。本刊约请作者整理成文,对“工艺突破口”二作如何深化发展,阐明了“工艺突破口”工作的具体目标与措施,希望广大读者结合本单位工作实践的体会,参加讨论。
