对试验钢进行了控轧控冷、烘烤和时效试验,采用拉伸试验机、光学显微镜和透射电镜等对试验样品进行了力学性能检测与显微组织分析。结果表明:与冷轧烘烤硬化钢相比,试验钢控轧控冷后的强度、塑性、n值和r值优良;抗拉强度400 MPa级的试验钢其BH值和BHT随着预应变的增大而增大,最大BH值和BHT值可分别达到180 MPa和120 MPa左右;试验钢具有良好的时效性能。
The controlled rolling and controlled cooling, baking and aging tests were carried out on the test steel. Mechanical properties and microstructure analysis of the test samples were carried out by using tensile testing machine, optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that compared with cold-bake bake hardened steel, the strength, plasticity, n-value and r-value of the test steel after controlled rolling are better than those of the bake hardened steel. The BH value and BHT of the test steel with tensile strength of 400 MPa are better than that of the pre- The maximum BH value and BHT value can reach 180 MPa and 120 MPa, respectively. The test steel has good aging performance.
