为研究化学粘堵对输卵管功能的影响将57只雌兔分为三组。第一组为对照;第二组用化学粘堵剂堵塞了子宫输卵管联接处;第三组用丝线结扎子宫输卵管连接处。术后经一定时间后处死证实输卵管确被堵塞后分别观察: (1)在体外输卵管的运动及PGF_(2α)诱发的运动。结果看到正常输卵管显示高频,低振幅和时相性收缩。当加入PGF_(2α)后,收缩张力显著增加而收缩频率仅有中等程度的增加。无论是粘堵组或结扎组自发及PGF_(2α)诱发的输卵管运动的特点与对照组无明显差别。
To study the effect of chemical blocking on fallopian tube function, 57 female rabbits were divided into three groups. The first group as a control; the second group with chemical blocking agent blocking the uterine tubal junction; the third group with a ligation of the uterine tubal junction. After a certain period of time after surgery confirmed tubal congestion was observed after: (1) in vitro tubal exercise and PGF2 (2α) -induced exercise. The results showed that the normal fallopian tube showed high frequency, low amplitude and phase contraction. When PGF_ (2α) was added, systolic tension increased significantly and systolic frequency increased only moderately. No significant difference was found between the spontaneous and PGF 2α-induced tubal motility in the clot-blocking or ligation group compared with the control group.
