1病例报告患者,女,49岁,既往体健。2010-10出现全身酸痛,无意中发现双乳多发包块,质韧,边界清,无压痛,局部皮肤无酒窝征、橘皮征,无溢液及溢血,浅表淋巴结未触及明显肿大。患者遂至普外科就诊,乳腺钼靶示:1)左乳外下结节,考虑良性结节,纤维腺瘤可能;2)右乳外侧片状致密影,恶性病变不能除外;3)双侧乳腺增生。胸部平片、头颅MR和甲状腺超声未见异常。遂于2010-11-01在局麻+全麻下行双侧乳腺部分切除术+右侧乳腺单纯切除术+左侧
1 case report patients, female, 49 years old, past physical health. In 2010-10, there was body aches. Inadvertently, multiple breast masses were found. Quality and toughness, clear boundary, no tenderness, no dimples in local skin, orange peel sign, no discharge and hemorrhage, and superficial lymph nodes were not obviously enlarged. Patient then went to the general surgery, breast molybdenum target: 1) left external nodules, consider benign nodules, fibroadenoma may; 2) right outer sheet flaky dense shadow, malignant lesions can not be excluded; 3) both sides Breast hyperplasia. Chest plain film, cranial MR and thyroid ultrasound no abnormalities. Then in 2010-11-01 under local anesthesia + general anesthesia bilateral partial mammary resection + right breast excision + left
