The p16 gene acts as an anti-oncogene for cell cycle regulation [1] and plays an important role in the development of lung cancer. It may together with the Rb gene form the basis for lung cancer genotyping diagnosis [2]. The early pathological diagnosis of lung cancer has always been a difficult problem in the medical community at home and abroad. The early diagnosis of lung cancer using stereotaxic apparatus[3] can provide rapid and accurate three-dimensional localization of lung lesions with 1cm or so of puncture for cytopathological diagnosis.
