某酱菜厂在10年前其产品就获得了市级名牌的殊荣,在当地同行业中排行"老大",生意兴隆,产品畅销,经济效益可观.可是该厂陶醉在名牌带来的一时成功之中,满足于增加福利,多发奖

某酱菜厂在10年前其产品就获得了市级名牌的殊荣,在当地同行业中排行"老大",生意兴隆,产品畅销,经济效益可观.可是该厂陶醉在名牌带来的一时成功之中,满足于增加福利,多发奖金,没有把钱用于产品的更新换代上,结果产品落后了"市场节拍",仅红火了3年,生产就枯萎了,最后从"老大"跌至半停产状态.究其原因,是因为该厂目光短浅,满足于一时拥有的名牌,只图坐享其成,不图持续创新,没有及时把钱投入到产品技术更新中,因此断送了企业可持续发展的机遇.
