目的探讨新研制的唾液替代品对致龋变形链球菌的抑制作用。方法参照正常人唾液成分配制唾液替代品,然后加入银杏叶、苦丁茶提取物,分别装入24支试管,采用对倍稀释成4个浓度组,另设一组不含替代品的细菌培养液为对照组。均放入37℃厌氧培养48h,然后观察对致龋变链菌的抑制作用。结果观察到对致龋变链菌的抑制作用最小浓度为2.5g/L,与对照组比较P<0.01。结论说明含天然植物银杏叶和苦丁茶提取物的唾液替代品对致龋变链菌具有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of newly developed saliva substitute on cariogenic streptococcus mutans. Methods Saliva substitutes were prepared according to saliva components of normal subjects. Then, 24 extracts of Ginkgo biloba and Kudingcha were added into the test tubes. The tubes were diluted to four concentrations and another set of bacterial cultures Liquid as control group. Were placed in 37 ℃ anaerobic culture 48h, and then observe the inhibitory effect of Streptococcus mutans caries. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of Streptococcus sobriety was 2.5g / L, P <0.01 compared with the control group. Conclusions The saliva substitutes containing natural plant extracts of Ginkgo biloba and Kudingcha have inhibitory effects on S. mutans.
