目的:对云南西双版纳产傣药三桠苦的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过NMR、MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物。结果:从傣药三桠苦茎的60%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:3,7,3’-三甲氧基槲皮素(1)、3-异戊烯基伞形花内酯(2)、7-去甲基软木花椒素(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、3,7-二甲氧基山柰酚(5)、吴茱萸春(6);从其叶的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为:芝麻素(7)、p-O-香叶基香豆酸(8)。结论:其中,化合物7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物8为首次从国产三桠苦中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Dai San medicine in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan Province. Methods: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the compounds. The compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods such as NMR and MS. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the 60% ethanol extract of the three medicinal plants of Dai, and identified as 3,7,3’-trimethoxy quercetin (1), 3-isopentenyl umbrella (3), β-sitosterol (4), 3,7-dimethoxy-kaempferol (5), Evodia Chun (6) Two compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of leaves, which were identified as sesamin (7) and pO-geranylcoumaric acid (8). Conclusion: Among them, compound 7 was isolated from this genus for the first time, and compound 8 was isolated from domestic gentiana for the first time.
