电子病案是对病人各类信息处理过程的总和,其应用的主要任务是完成病人各类信息的收集、传输、存储、加工处理及检索,使用方便。它是用计算机、信息技术取代手工完成的病人信息管理过程,“多媒体智能化电子病案”是医院信息系统的发展方向,是集医院信息系统的网络化、集成化、多媒体化及充分利用Internet与Intranet技术为一体的信息技术综合体,真正实现电子病案网络化信息管理。
Electronic medical record is the sum of all kinds of information processing of patient. Its main task is to complete the collection, transmission, storage, processing and retrieval of all kinds of patient information, and easy to use.
