医疗卫生体制改革的不断深化和医院达标升级工作的深入开展,对病案管理事业的规模、专业化程度、服务功能、信息传递等的要求越来越高。但是病案管理工作滞后,人员不适应新形势要求的矛盾相当突出。如何使病案管理与时俱进,其关键在人。因此,努力提高管理人员的素质,尽快建立起一支思想作风好、知识结构合理、多层次型优秀人才队伍,是提高病案管理水平,适应新形势和事业发展要求需解决的首要问题。
Deepening reform of the medical and health system and in-depth development of hospital standards and upgrades, the requirements on the scale, specialization, service functions and information transmission of the medical record management business are getting higher and higher. However, the work of medical record management lags behind and the contradictions of personnel not meeting the requirements of the new situation are quite outstanding. How to make the case management advance with the times, the key is in people. Therefore, striving to improve the quality of management personnel and establishing an excellent contingent of talents with good ideological style, rational knowledge structure and multi-level as soon as possible are the most important issues to be solved in raising the level of medical record management and meeting the requirements of the new situation and career development.
