本文把应用广泛的PID调节器与自适应控制思想相结合,提出了一种PID自校正控制算法,并在太原钢铁公司轧辊罩式退火炉微机群控系统中应用成功。实时控制结果表明:本算法的控温效果优于常规仪表PID控制,炉温控制精度和温度场不均匀度均在±3℃以内。
In this paper, a PID self-tuning control algorithm based on the widely used PID regulator and adaptive control is proposed, and it is applied successfully in microcomputer control system of roll bell annealer in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company. The real-time control results show that the temperature control effect of this algorithm is better than the conventional PID control, and the temperature control accuracy and temperature field nonuniformity are within ± 3 ℃.
