研究了微变形贝氏体模具钢(C12)的合金化设计及性能。C12在空冷后可得到贝氏体/马氏体复相组织,它具有良好的综合机械性能及较高的淬透性。由于热应力及组织应力较小,因而满足复杂型腔模具的高硬度及微变形的性能要求。
The alloying design and properties of micro-deformed bainitic die steel (C12) were studied. C12 bainite / martensite duplex structure after air cooling, it has good overall mechanical properties and high hardenability. Due to thermal stress and tissue stress is small, so as to meet the complex cavity mold high hardness and micro-deformation performance requirements.
