随着学校标准化建设的顺利实施和完善,各校都配备了科学实验室,但小学科学教师的专业素养与新课程、新教材不相适应的矛盾日渐凸显出来,在农村小学表现尤甚。可以说,农村科学教师的专业成长在很长一段时间里处于一种“原地踏步”状态,面对新课程、新教材,很多教师茫然不知所措,小学科学教学好比在泥潭里行走,永远走不出一行脚印一样。对此,笔者在整理分析小学科学教师的专业发展现状和问题之上,提出了解决对策,希望对农村小学科学教师的专业发展起到促进作用。
