初中阶段的学生数学知识的学习从小学基础到高中更深层次的过渡,初中阶段的学生数学学习效果直接的关系到学生对高中数学知识的掌握及理解。教师在数学教学课堂上的行为有这一定的直观性,其教学行为的有效实施能够有效的改善教学质量、提高教学效率。本文以当前初中数学课堂教师教学有效行为特征出发,然后对当前教师的行为进行了分析,最后给出了改进的措施。
Junior high school students learn mathematical knowledge From the elementary school to a deeper level of high school transition, junior high school students learning mathematics is directly related to the students mastery and understanding of high school mathematics. The behavior of teachers in mathematics teaching class has certain intuition. The effective implementation of teaching behavior can effectively improve teaching quality and improve teaching efficiency. In this paper, the present junior middle school mathematics classroom teachers teaching behavior characteristics of effective departure, and then the current behavior of teachers were analyzed, and finally given the improvement measures.
