患者张某,女性,壮族,55岁,住院号10074。因腰腿麻痛4天,视力模糊2天于一九八三年十一月三十日入院。自述入院前一个月曾出现轻度头晕、头痛、全身酸困及畏寒发热,仍坚持劳动。十一月二十六日突然出现双侧从腰部向下放射到腿足的麻痛,仍可行走自如,二十八日双眼视力模糊,解小便费力,并有便秘。三十日因症状加重而到我院眼科住院。过去史:近三年来曾有反复轻度腰痛,每次历时2～3个月而自行缓解,
